Salon’s Honorary Committee is an esteemed group of individuals who embody the spirit of the fair and support and contribute to the art and design industries.
Paul Arnhold
Paul Arnhold is a celebrated glassblower and the founder of Paul Arnhold Glass in NYC. His passion for creating unique, whimsical handblown glass vessels has earned him international acclaim. His work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Harper's Bazaar, and Vogue. Paul graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, combining his artistic vision with a strong entrepreneurial foundation. Committed to enriching the arts community, he chairs the Young Fellows of the Frick Collection and serves as a trustee of the Whitney Museum. Paul resides in New York City with his husband, son, and daughter.
Linda Fargo
Regarded as the "eyes of Bergdorf Goodman," Linda Fargo is responsible for spotting trends and shaping the visual identity of the storied and opulent New York department store. Renowned for her discerning taste for fashion trends, creative directorship of the Bergdorf shop windows and re-envisioning the look of the store, Fargo has been with Bergdorf Goodman for over 25 years. In May 2017, Bergdorf launched Linda's, a permanent store-in-store curated by her, featuring a revolving stock of Fargo's favorite items, which was expanded upon in 2023.
Laila Gohar
Laila Gohar is an internationally recognized artist who works with food as her creative medium. Born in Egypt, she has lived and worked in the US for the last decade. Laila's work has been shown in museums and galleries all over the world. She is known for her high profile collaborations, and has become a go-to person for fashion, design, gastronomic, and luxury partners who are interested in engaging new audiences using food and visual storytelling. Gohar’s frequent collaborators include: Prada, Hermès, Comme des Garçons, Simone Rocha, and Sotheby’s.
Gabriel Hendifar
Gabriel Hendifar co-founded APPARATUS in 2012 and serves as Artistic Director and CEO, leading all aspects of creative and business development. Prior to founding APPARATUS, Gabriel spent over a decade working alongside fashion entrepreneurs and Artistic Directors. Holding both creative and tactical roles, he honed his awareness of the critical balance between artistic expression and function in a design-led organization. He also trained in music, interior design, costume design and scenography – from these experiences he brings a wide range of artistic and technical references to his work.
Flavin Judd
Flavin Judd is Artistic Director of Judd Foundation. He has designed architectural spaces in the United States and Europe. He is co-designer and co-editor of the recent publications Donald Judd Writings (2016), Donald Judd Interviews (2019), and Donald Judd Spaces (2020, 2023); and co-designer of Donald Judd: Artwork 1980 (2021) and Donald Judd: Artworks 1970–1994 (2022). In his role as Artistic Director, he curates art installations and oversees aesthetics for the Foundation including exhibitions at Gagosian in New York and Thaddaeus Ropac in Paris, Salzburg, and Seoul. He lives in Paris, France.
Julianne Moore
Julianne Moore is known for her breadth of work, with many memorable performances from the big to the small screen. She is an Oscar, BAFTA and Emmy award winning actor, and the first American woman to be awarded top acting prizes at the Berlin, Venice and Cannes film festivals. Most recently, Moore can be seen in MAY DECEMBER, directed by Todd Haynes, as well as UK SKY TV and Starz’s limited series MARY & GEORGE. Before that, Moore starred in A24’s SHARPER alongside Sebastian Stan and John Lithgow. Moore has starred in over 70 films, and is a New York Times bestselling author for her children's book series Freckleface Strawberry.
Dr. Daniella Ohad
Dr. Daniella Ohad is a design historian, connoisseur, educator, curator, writer, talk show hostess, and influencer who received her PhD from the Bard Graduate Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts, Design and Culture. Her commitment to modern design history includes extensive work in education about design culture, history and theory, interiors, material culture, contemporary design, connoisseurship, and the decorative arts. She has taught in some of the world’s leading art institutions, and has spoken worldwide in conferences, events, and symposiums in museums, cultural institutions, and television networks.
Jen Rubio
Jen Rubio co-founded Away in 2015 and, as CEO, drives the brand’s vision forward to create thoughtfully-designed pieces for travel. With a passion for creativity deeply rooted in her career, Jen has made significant strides in bridging the gap between commerce and creative expression. An avid collector of art and design, Jen has been featured on ArtNews’s top 200 collectors & CULTURED’s Young Collectors List. She’s the youngest Trustee of the Whitney Museum of American Art & supports other nonprofit organizations including Art Production Fund, the Aspen Art Museum, and Ballroom Marfa. Jen lives between Aspen and New York with her husband and two young children.
Lizzie Tisch
Lizzie Tisch started her career in the insurance and banking industries before focusing her efforts in the fashion arena. A member of Vanity Fair’s International Best-Dressed List Hall of Fame and a Contributing Editor to Town & Country, Tisch was a co-founder of the beloved shopping destination, Suite 1521. She supports many nonprofit organizations including serving as a member of the Board of Citymeals on Wheels and as a member of the Board of Trustees for New York–Presbyterian Hospital. Tisch also works with Hudson Yards arts center, The Shed.
Beth Rudin DeWoody
Beth Rudin DeWoody, daughter of the late real estate developer Lewis Rudin and the late Gladyce Begelman, is a native of New York. Ms. DeWoody has curated many shows for several different art galleries between New York City, New Orleans, London and Vermont. Ms. DeWoody has a private art space called The Bunker Artspace in West Palm Beach which opened in 2017 and displays works from her collection. Ms. DeWoody’s board affiliations include the Whitney Museum of American Art, The New School, Parsons, the Norton Museum, and the Hammer Museum.
Catherine Futter
Catherine Futter has been the Senior Curator, Decorative Arts and Director of Curatorial Affairs at the Brooklyn Museum since January 2020. Previously, she was at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City for almost 18 years. Catherine has curated a number of permanent-collection installations of European and American art and design as well as numerous exhibitions on these subjects. Her recent endeavor American Art Deco: Designing for the People, 1918-1939 had a four-venue national tour. She also curated the international loan exhibition Inventing the Modern World: Decorative Arts at the World’s Fairs, 1851–1939.
Wendy Goodman
A born and raised New Yorker, Wendy Goodman began her career as a freelance stylist working for Interview Magazine and The New York Times Magazine, writing, producing and styling stories. She went on to become fashion editor at New York Magazine before transitioning to design editing, scouting, producing and writing stories. She continues this work today at New York and Curbed as design editor. She is the author of two books: The World of Gloria Vanderbilt and May I Come In?, and co-author of Tony Duquette with Hutton Wilkinson, all published by Abrams Books.
Eva Jeanbart-Lorenzotti
Eva Jeanbart-Lorenzotti is a Swiss-born visionary with over three decades of experience in the consumer sector. After launching her direct-to-consumer business Vivre in 1999, she launched Vivre Voyager in 2001, a pioneering curated e-commerce site and print/digital magazine offering engaging content revolving around fashion, home and body accessories, and travel. Currently acting as a Strategic Advisor for Constellation Brands Inc, as well as a Sr. Advisor for Raine Group, Eva continues to impact consumer behavior in a way that touches all five senses and creates new experiences.
Colin King
A top stylist for the world's leading brands and publications, Colin King has defined modern American Design. Through his founding of Colin King Studio, he has since developed collections and artistic campaigns for a range of brands and artists such as Beni Rugs, a breakout star in the international design scene. King applies a dancer's sense of movement and stillness to all that he does, creating arresting imagery that turns aesthetics into movements and transforms emotions through the power of artful arrangement. In 2024, Colin was named Design Editor-at-Large for the prestigious independent magazine CULTURED.
Carlos Mota
A former editor for Architectural Digest and Elle Decor, Carlos Mota is now a creative consultant, leveraging his vast experience in styling, interior design, product design and advertisement campaigns. Mota has made his mark through his editorial work producing and styling feature stories for major design and shelter magazines. He is a consultant and producer of special events for select clients and organizations. He has authored many books including Cheap & Chic, A Touch of Style, and G: Forever Green. He has also launched a home decor website, CASAMOTA.COM.
Suchi Reddy
Suchi Reddy founded Reddymade in 2002 with an approach to design that privileges the emotional quality of human engagement with space. Guided by the mantra “form follows feeling,” Reddy's work is informed by her research at the intersection of neuroscience and the arts. Working toward a larger idea of design justice, she is dedicated to expanding our notions of empathy, equity, and agency—where the importance of design is recognized as an asset for the benefit of all, not just for some. Reddy currently teaches at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.
Jacqueline Terrebonne
Jacqueline Terrebonne has served as the editor in chief of Galerie magazine since 2018. Prior to that, she held roles at Architectural Digest, Gourmet, and Martha Stewart. She has also written six books on interiors and architecture with top design talents, including Richard Mishaan, Jeffrey Bilhuber, and Stewart Manger.
Marlies Verhoeven
Marlies Verhoeven Reijtenbagh is co-founder and CEO of The Cultivist, a global art experience company and membership club. Before starting The Cultivist, Marlies spent eight years as Global Director of Loyalty Marketing at Sotheby’s, worked at the Belgian Mission to the United Nations and helped launch the Belgian fashion brand Verlaine in 2005. Born in Belgium, she now lives in New York with her husband and three young children. An avid art collector herself, she works with a wide range of artists, museums and institutions, and serves on the Board of Art Production Fund.
